1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Luck99 ("Luck99", "we", "us", "the Platform"). This Agreement governs all access to and use of the Luck99 website at luck99.lat, including any sub-pages, services, game content, promotional offers, payment facilities, and customer support functions made available through the Platform.

By registering an account, navigating the site, depositing funds, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise engaging with any feature of Luck99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms without reservation. To register and maintain an Account on the Luck99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the entire period your Account remains active:

• You must be aged 21 years or older. Luck99 does not permit access to individuals under this age. This requirement reflects the minimum legal threshold for casino-style gaming activity. Luck99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated accounts, bots, and fictitious persons are strictly prohibited from holding an Account.
• You must not hold another active or previously suspended Luck99 Account. Each User is permitted one Account only. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of associated funds.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register applicable to the Platform or have been voluntarily excluded from the Platform at any time during the period of exclusion.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of a person in those roles at Luck99 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is permitted for your personal use. It is your sole responsibility to verify and comply with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

When registering an Account on the Luck99 Platform, you agree to the following obligations:

• Accuracy of information: All registration details must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. You must notify Luck99 promptly of any changes to your registered information.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or security details with any third party. Luck99 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• One Account per person: Only one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted. Luck99 may use technical and manual checks to identify duplicate registrations.
• KYC compliance: Luck99 may at any time, and particularly before processing a withdrawal, require you to submit identity documentation such as a Malaysian national identity card (MyKad), passport, utility bill, bank statement, or other verification materials. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension or closure of your Account.
• Account activity: Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or longer may be classified as dormant. Luck99 reserves the right to apply dormancy fees or close dormant accounts in accordance with applicable internal policy, with prior notice provided to the registered email address.

5. Terms of Use

By using the Luck99 Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable rules, policies, and guidelines established by Luck99. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting strategies that exploit system errors, or any activity that Luck99 determines to constitute abuse of its services.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable error may be voided by Luck99 at its sole discretion, with prior notification where practicable.
• Creating or using an Account for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or Account details without their explicit authorisation.
• Engaging in any activity that damages, disrupts, or impairs the technical infrastructure of the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract proprietary technology from the Platform.

Luck99 reserves the right to investigate any Account or transaction that it considers, in its reasonable judgment, to be in violation of these Terms. Violations may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, withholding or forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Luck99 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

6.1 Deposits. Luck99 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Luck99 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. You must only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Luck99 targets processing of eligible withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform, though delays may occur due to verification requirements, banking processes, or other circumstances outside Luck99's direct control. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever the payment method permits. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing conditions will be communicated at the time of request.

6.3 Currency and conversion. All Account balances, bets, wins, and bonuses are displayed in MYR. Any deposits or withdrawals processed through methods that require currency conversion will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the relevant payment provider at the time of the transaction. Luck99 is not responsible for unfavourable exchange rates.

6.4 Suspended or withheld funds. Luck99 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a pending investigation regarding the Account, if KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily completed, or if Luck99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations. Users will be informed of the reason for any delay wherever this is legally permissible.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Luck99 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback promotions, referral rewards, or other incentives. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms:

• One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, device, email address, and payment method.
• All bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements before any derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the applicable promotion. Some games may contribute differently or not at all towards wagering requirements.
• Bonuses must be claimed and used within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited without exception.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Sports betting. All sports wagers placed on Luck99 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, competition, and market type. Luck99 covers major events including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFC, esports, and other sporting events. Market availability, live betting options, and settlement timeframes are determined by Luck99 at its sole discretion.

8.2 In-play betting. Live or in-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Luck99 may suspend live betting markets at any time without notice. Bets placed after an event's conclusion will be voided.

8.3 Casino and slot games. All casino games, including live dealer tables, video slots, and table games, are operated using certified random number generators (RNGs) or streamed live from approved studio facilities. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages displayed on individual game pages are provided for informational purposes only and represent long-term statistical averages, not guarantees of any particular outcome for any session.

8.4 Cancellation and void bets. Luck99 reserves the right to void a bet if an event is cancelled or abandoned, if a market is settled in error, if an obvious pricing mistake occurred, or if the bet was placed in circumstances that violated these Terms. Voided bets are refunded to the Account balance.

9. Responsible Gambling

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Luck99 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, iconography, written content, data compilations, user interface designs, and proprietary game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of Luck99 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform for commercial purposes or in any manner not expressly permitted by these Terms.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in immediate Account suspension and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luck99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or gaming opportunities due to Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical faults.
• Errors or omissions in game content, pricing, or odds.
• Unauthorised access to your Account where the breach resulted from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay.
• Any losses arising from events of Force Majeure.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Luck99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net real-money deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Luck99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting Luck99 Customer Support. Before closure, any pending wagers will be settled according to their applicable rules. Eligible real-money balances (net of any outstanding bonus obligations or investigative holds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following standard KYC verification.

12.2 Termination by Luck99. Luck99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account, withhold or forfeit balances, and bar further access to the Platform where:

• A User has violated any provision of these Terms.
• A User has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Luck99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A regulatory or legal requirement compels Luck99 to do so.
• Luck99 ceases to operate the Platform in a given jurisdiction.

Luck99 will provide notice of termination to the registered email address wherever it is legally permissible to do so. Where a termination is due to suspected criminal activity, Luck99 may be unable to provide prior notice.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Luck99 may update, revise, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Luck99 will endeavour to notify registered Users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 12.1.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the regulatory framework under which Luck99 holds its operating licence. The determination of the applicable jurisdiction shall take into account the nature of the dispute and the circumstances in which it arose.

Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, Users are required to contact Luck99 Customer Support and allow a reasonable period for internal resolution. Luck99 aims to resolve all Account and payment disputes within 10 business days of receiving complete and accurate information from the User.

Malaysian players are reminded that online gambling laws in Malaysia are subject to change. It remains the User's personal responsibility to remain informed about the legal status of online gaming in their jurisdiction and to comply accordingly.
